Vinporter.com has a return policy that lasts 30 days after you've received the shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, they unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must contact them when you first encounter an issue or have a need to return a product.
As for their shipping policy, when you receive your order will depend on what level of service you have chosen for your package. Their recommended level of service is 2nd Day Air Service to ensure the safe transportation of your wine. Ground service can take up to five business days from the time your package is delivered from the fulfillment warehouse. Most orders received during the week are processed within 24 hours, and are subject to product availability. Their deliveries are all handled by a 3rd party shipping company who work with FedEx, UPS, and Golden State Overnight.
